Muller Insurance has been Joseph Palermo’s insurance agent for more than 20 years, providing him and his family with homeowners and auto insurance. I had a 1989 Toyota that had been parked on 15th and Willow Avenue in Hoboken when a big truck came around the turn and smashed the whole back of my car, window and everything. The driver gave me the name of his insurance company in Pennsylvania, but after contacting them, Helen learned the company the driver worked for was not insured by them. Helen was very helpful. She called quite a few people until she found out the driver’s company was covered by a firm in Florida. They settled the claim and I had the car fixed.”

“Helen Mbiad is our agent at Muller Insurance and she is unequivocally excellent,” says Dr. Joel Golfdfarb, a client of Muller Insurance and gastroenterologist affiliated with Englewood Hospital Medical Center, Holy Name Medical Center and Hackensack Hospital Medical Center. “We got hit hard by Hurricane Irene,” Silverman says. “We had mostly water damage from the heavy rain, leaks that did damage to the common areas of some buildings. Muller Insurance got me claim adjustors very quickly who surveyed the damage and helped us get the funds to start doing the repairs. We’ve had big problems and Roger’s gotten involved. And when Donna or Roger is out, other Muller agents step in. They know my accounts. Sometimes, I’m on the phone with them several times a week and a lot of times we need quick action. We don’t have to think too much about it because we know the agents are professionals. We don’t have to keep calling back and reminding them about the claims. It makes our lives easier to not have to remind them to get those things done.”

Muller Insurance, Bridging Insurance Gaps for Clients
Harold Berlowe of MLB Property Management in Hoboken oversees multi-family building property management, and real estate development, sales and leasing in Northern New Jersey.
